Where it leads
Swedish Death Metal
The buzzsaw guitar sound of Stockholm — one studio, one pedal setting, a hundred records.
Florida Death Metal
Tampa, 1987–1995: one studio, one engineer, and the sound every death metal band chased after.
West Midlands Metal
Downtuned riffs from a factory city — Sabbath to grindcore, four decades of Birmingham making music heavier.
